Buenos Aires, January 19, 2026 – Destilería Argentina de Petróleo S.A. (DAPSA), a company belonging to the Sociedad Comercial del Plata holding, today announced the execution of a strategic agreement with U.S.-based Chevron for the Commercialization of Fuels in the Region
This agreement marks the formal beginning of a strategic relationship between the two companies, aimed at fostering DAPSA’s growth in the region in connection with the commercialization of Chevron Commodities. The agreement expressly provides that the parties will evaluate potential additional areas of integration across the business, including the expansion of DAPSA’s supply logistics.
The agreement also provides for specially designed commercial terms intended to enable DAPSA to increase its presence in regional markets through a highly competitive value proposition
It should be noted that, in addition to this new strategic development, DAPSA will continue marketing locally sourced products through its service station network in Argentina, ensuring continuity of its current commercial offering.
With more than 50 years of experience, DAPSA operates a network of approximately 200 service stations throughout Argentina and owns a port terminal in Dock Sud with over 140,000 cubic meters of storage capacity, interconnected by pipelines with the region’s main refineries and port terminals. In addition, the company accounts for approximately 10% of local lubricant production and 60% of the lubricating greases market.
This agreement with Chevron represents a key milestone in DAPSA’s regionalization strategy, aimed at expanding its portfolio of products and services in the Region.
